Internal Communication Consultant
When Everyone Knows the Why, the Work Gets Done
I help organizations build the internal communication systems that align teams, reduce operational friction, and make strategic priorities legible to every person involved in delivering them. From leadership cascade to digital workplace infrastructure. The goal is one coherent organizational voice, operating at every level.
Why It Matters
Most organizations don’t have a communication problem. They have a system problem.
Information exists. Strategy exists. People are working. Yet coordination breaks down, messages arrive late or not at all, and staff feel disconnected from the decisions that shape their work. The problem isn’t effort, it’s architecture.

Internal communication failures are rarely about what is said. They are about what never reaches the right person, in the right format, at the right moment. PMI research confirms that 50 percent of project failures trace back to communication breakdowns, not to technical gaps or budget shortfalls.
Effective internal communication is not a newsletter or a town hall. It is the invisible infrastructure that keeps complex organizations coherent: the flow of decisions downward, insights upward, and coordination laterally. When that infrastructure is well-designed, organizations execute faster, adapt better, and retain the institutional knowledge that makes them effective over time.
My Approach
“The most expensive communication failure is the one no one noticed, until the project was already off track.”
Structure First, Content Second
Strategic Before writing a single message or configuring a single platform, I map how communication actually moves through your organization, not how it is supposed to move. This means auditing existing channels, interviewing stakeholders at different levels, and identifying where information pools, fragments, or disappears entirely.
What I find consistently: organizations have too many channels doing too little, and not enough deliberate design connecting people to purpose. The fix is rarely more content. It is clearer flows, better-configured tools, and communication roles that are owned rather than assumed.
From that diagnosis, I design or redesign the systems, strategic alignment frameworks, digital workspace configurations, coordination protocols, that make internal communication function as an operational asset rather than an administrative overhead.
What this looks like in practice: A global development organization with offices across three continents where quarterly strategy updates were landing differently in each country office, interpreted differently, prioritized differently, acted upon differently. The issue was not the strategy. It was the absence of a cascade structure that ensured consistent translation from headquarters intent to field-level action.
We redesigned the communication architecture: a shared leadership narrative, localized briefing templates, and a synchronized SharePoint hub with role-based access. Alignment improved measurably within two reporting cycles.
Services: What I Deliver
