Programs don’t fail for lack of vision. They struggle when knowledge remains fragmented, Data aren’t curated, and evidence doesn’t count where it matters most.

I connect the dots that others miss: turning data into strategy, silos into systems, and projects into lasting change.

My journey began at Elections Canada, then the Council of Europe drafting human rights reports and progressed to Mali, where I coordinated $100M+ technology operations for the UN peacekeeping mission. At the UN coordination office of 25 UN agencies, I resolved coordination challenges, aligning program communication, organizational positioning, and results-based messaging in a conflict setting where development, humanitarian, and security actors were called to communication with one voice. Prior to that, I designed advocacy frameworks for regional NGO networks. My work ensures that evidence reaches decision-makers and impact becomes visible where results define progress.
With over 20 years of experience, I have mastered the full cycle of knowledge and project management, including communication planning, information and content management, sustainable development, humanitarian programming, and facilitating knowledge sharing.
